This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

You will deal with the following tasks:

- OR (Operating Room) Clinical Support

- Sets / implants in-hospital management, including achieve target inventory levels

- Technical Trainings & Workshops to clinical staff

- Product promotion & drive product adoption

- Customer Intimacy & relationship management with all relevant stakeholders

- Walking implants / order management

- Cycle count reconciliation

- Represent the company as a knowledgeable consultant in the selection of all our products

- Meet Safe Fleet requirements

- Achieve min 95% completion of all required HCC trainings

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Nursing or equivalent is preferable

- Previous experience from 1 year to 3 years in Medical Devices business is required

- proven experience in operating theatre

- Fluent in English

- Flexible availability for Trauma urgencies aroung the region

- Drive license

Nice to have:

- Previous experience in Orthopeadic is considered a plus.

- Knowledge of surgical procedures is highly raccomended

- Proven expertise in instrument sets and capital equipment management across Trauma

- Healthcare market (Piedmont) dynamics knowledge

- Good command of MS Office apps

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Must be proactive and creative in identifying and solving problems

- Team oriented

- Expected travel time: 60%
