Job Responsibilities Manage a team of designers to effectively deliver all needed assets in a timely manner.

Create, adapt, and manage digital pieces for social media channels, including static, animation, and video.

Graphic design for print and corporeal materials (panels, roll-ups, posters, interior design).

Automation and optimization of digital assets (After Effects, Figma, CSV, etc. ).

Create digital assets for web, applications, and newsletters.

Requirements A multi-skilled creator in design with extensive experience in image retouching, illustration, and motion graphics.

Additional skills in 3D design and web design (UX/UI) are valued.

Experience managing a team of designers.

Studies in Graphic Design.

Proficiency in the Adobe suite, mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, as well as Figma and Cinema 4D.

Proficiency with computer tools (MS Office).

Vision and orientation towards objectives and results.

Proactive, flexible, and decisive attitude.

Ability to work autonomously and integrate with the team.

Capacity for planning and organization.

Creativity.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
