Our Client is Settanta7, an International Architectural Company and a major player in the integrated design and construction of contemporary buildings with the most advanced green building methods, wich has asked us to search for a Design Leader.

**Posizione**:

Reporting directly to the Tender Manager, the Resource will be a cross-functional reference figure capable of bringing added value outside of team dynamics.

In particular, he/she will have the following responsibilities:

- Coordinate and develop different National and International competitions previously defined by the Management;

- Manage different multidisciplinary teams, coordinating part of their activities;

- Interface functionally and effectively with relevant Project Stakeholders;

- Guarantee adherence to project timelines while promoting a strong project identity.

**Requisiti**:

The ideal resource possesses the following requirements:

- Proven knowledge of the reference context - Italian and in particular international - and the related network, skills and technical-relational processes and dynamics;

- Previous experience in coordinating competitions/ tenders with amounts from 40M;

- Experience in projects up to 60, 000. 00 sqm;

- Strong architectural composition orientation;

- Assured Knowledge of BIM;

- Good Knowledge of the following Software: Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite;

- Good knowledge of English (at least B2 written and spoken); Knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus;

- Teamworking and project management skills;

- Time management skills and compliance with deadlines;

- Excellent communication and storytelling skills;

- Strong aesthetic sense.
