As assigned, the design manager will oversee the engineering scope, budget, and schedule for projects involving greenfield, brownfield, and retrofit engineering and design through Design Development, Test-Fit, SDD, construction, and handover to Operations.

Direction, judgment, document control, and general leadership for our project's architectural and engineering designs will be provided by this position.

The applicant will supervise the delivery of numerous, simultaneous, comprehensive design solutions that are in line with the project's scopes, timelines, and financial constraints.

Key client groups and outside vendors with expertise in architecture and engineering for Data Center projects will be interacted with by the design manager.

Minimum Requirements: Engineering or architecture degree from university 10 years or more of minimum experience in the construction sector, with experience working on projects that are in high demand, like data centers, hospitals, or pharmaceutical facilities.

5 years or more as a design manager Prior team management expertise for design deliverables Excellent command of the English language and fluency in Italian.

Excellent communication and organizing abilities.

Prior experience managing a construction project or working in a multinational setting will be valued as an advantage.

The applicant must reside in Italy or be able to work there.
