**Responsibilities**:

- Probe Card project activity planning

- Assignment of tasks to the design team

- Verification of deviations from the defined planning, attribution of reasons for rescheduling and resolution of conflicts between priorities of the various projects

- Use and functional improvement of the planning tool

- Reporting on design activities and the commitment of designers on different projects

- Analysis and management of Project Non-Conformities

- Assignment of Non-Conformities to the various teams

- Periodic Report of Non-Conformities distributed among the various teams

**Requirements**:

- Three-year degree in Management Engineering

- Good knowledge of Excel

- Fluency in English

- Willingness to work towards a goal and in a team

- Propensity for analysis and problem solving
