For the development in Automotive sector (Engine Department) we are looking for

Design Responsible Engineers

MAIN TASKS Component and subsystem design, virtual validation, development and release for new products (advanced, pre-development, production).

Support in Component and Subsystem validation plans, procedures, tracking and evaluation reporting.

Component and Subsystem design, virtual validation, development and release for quality improvement and cost reduction initiatives on current products.

Responsible for the evaluation and the problem resolution of the field failures on Components and Subsystems.

Support the Technical Leader in the assessment of the Supplier's proposals (sourcing technical reviews, benchmarking, evaluation of new technologies, etc. ).

Technical support to Supplier Quality during Project and Product Approval Process (PPAP).

Technology exchange inside company and with Suppliers.

Flexible and ready to move to different Sub-systems.

PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION (required and/or preferred) University Degree in Engineering, preferred Specializations are: Mechanical, Electronics, Aeronautical

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE About 5 years, preferred.

TECHINICAL AND SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED Fuel Injection System e Cylynder Head/Block and castings experience required Development Processes.

MS Office /CAD DFMEA.

Engine Development Overview.

Change Management Process.

Team Working.

Problem solving.

English Italian (preferred but not mandatory)
