Consolidated Financial Results at June 30, 2023 Webuild is hiring a Junior Engineer - MEP Engineer for its Milan headquarters , with an energy-electric specialization, to include as a Design Services Analyst - MEP Engineer. Main Responsibilities: The candidate will support the Design Services function by: Assisting the MEP Senior Specialists in verifying the MEP component design for large infrastructure projects in both the civil/tertiary sector (business centres, hospitals, data centers, retail) and in infrastructure (roads, motorways, railway lines, metro lines). Managing and coordinating external design companies specialized in MEP plant components. Supporting analysis and development activities related to project requirements during tenders and project completion, including technical specifications, drawings, and plans. Effectively communicating and collaborating with the internal team of designers, consultants, clients, and other members regarding MEP matters. Providing support and technical clarifications during meetings, tenders, or project development with colleagues from other Webuild departments, partners, clients, and third parties on MEP matters. Interfacing with the operational part of the construction site to identify and propose solutions to specific operational problems. The aim is to make the candidate self-reliant in every activity, initially coordinated and developed by the Senior MEP Specialists, to enhance the knowledge of the department and allow it to respond better and promptly to its engagements. Requirements: University degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering or a Technical Thermo-technician or Electro-technician diploma. 1-3 years of experience in designing and assisting the MEP Works Management department in the infrastructure or civil sector. Interest in MEP supervision assistance activities in infrastructure and civil sectors. Knowledge of Italian and good command of written and spoken English. Familiarity with popular software. Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad (30%). Additional Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Team-oriented. Flexible and curious. Results-oriented.
