We are looking for a Design Studio Planning Coordinator to support our Head of Design Luxury & Fashion Show

This position plays a key role within the Design Studio department providing support in planning, coordinating and monitoring the delivery of Design projects and activities, ensuring that deadlines are met in line with the Collection calendars and that all departments are fully aligned reflecting inputs from the Artistic Director, the Head of Design Luxury & Fashion Show and the Design team.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support in planning, coordinating and monitoring the organization of projects and activities of the Design Studio (shooting, fitting, events, etc.

);

- Coordinating the workflow between the Artistic Director and other Design Studio stakeholders in order to ensure that the deadlines are met for all relevant projects;

- Coordinate and support the preparation of presentations and Design Studio content production, liaising with all related departments.

BACKGROUND AND PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED

- Excellent project management skills, working within timelines, tight deadlines and collection

- Excellent understanding of Fashion Industry

- Multi-tasking and time management skills

- Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff, departments and third parties

- Abilty to track a large volume of work and provide timely updates when required

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, to adapt to various competing demands

- Ability to work independently

- At least 5 years ok work experience in similar roles (marketing or pruduction backgroung is a plus)

- University degree

- Fluent Italian & English
