**The role**:
This is a rare opportunity to join a prestigious, market-leading international marketing company with blue-ship international clients.
As an integrated Mid-Weight Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creative output from ideation through design, amends and to the final production, adhering to brand guidelines and always aiming to exceed our client's expectations.
Working alongside all internal departments and with our clients to ensure creative solutions are delivered to high standards at all times.
You will be relied upon to deal quickly with the client's requirements and quickly develop an understanding of their world and industry sector and add value by suggesting innovative and creative solutions.
The position will be based in the Milan office, with potential for agile working once probation has been passed.
**Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for complete development of specific projects, from concept, through design, to creating media-ready artwork across multiple channels
- Thinking creatively to produce high end campaign executions for fashion retail environments from toolkits and assets provided
- Supporting in large scale adaptation for Windows across multiple stores and ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to
- Championing brand guidelines and ensuring best in class creative is output in each channel or touch point
- Upon concept approval, creation of a production deck containing a bespoke visual for every window / area in the campaign, considering access and practicality for each space.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously at different stages from design to artwork, keeping to deadlines.
- Liaising with the client services team, internal studio team and external vendors for artwork checks.
- Develop creative solutions to meet the client's needs, in line with their overall marketing strategy, working with HH account teams and client marketing teams.
- Aware of on-going basis of design trends, undertaking appropriate research when required, thus ensuring HH client's creative is innovative and appropriate for their regional audience.
- Lead by example and share your knowledge and best practice experience with the wider design team.
**Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Fluent English is needed, any other language is a bonus
- Good understanding of technical / CAD drawings.
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe CC; Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign and proficient knowledge in Microsoft Word and PPT.
- Experience of Adobe After Effects and Premiere (desirable, but not essential).
- Experience in POS Rendering within Blender or comparable 3D software tools (desirable, but not essential).
- Create realistic compositions, showing perspective and depth using Adobe CC apps.
- Excellent creative and technical skills in print & digital design, strong attention to detail essential.
- An understanding of production materials and processes, including the ability to artwork large format items requiring complex cutter guides and multiple parts.
- Experience in quality checking own work to a high standard.
- Easy-going, able to multi-task, deal with multiple rounds of: edits, amends, scrapping things and starting over.
- Proven track record of working in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Flexible and can adapt to quickly changing priorities and tasks.
- Open to constructive criticism and can maintain a great attitude under pressure.
- Able to quickly pick-up a client's brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency.
- Highly organised with an internal drive to continuously improve and learn new skills.
- Ability to excel within fast paced, high energy environments.
