**ROLE MISSION

This role will be underpinned by passion and ambition, and those with experience in leading digital content and social campaigns within a creative agency will have an advantage.
OLIVER is looking to recruit a Digital Designer to work with one of our key clients, to support a top FMCG client based at Milan.
As the Designer, you will have a strong integrated design background, with a deep knowledge of digital first advertising and creative.
You will work on projects involving the ideation of creative digital concepts, and design to the client's brief and exacting standards whilst positively influencing clients with your creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts.
This is a great opportunity to work within a new team, creating impactful communications across the world and developing design best practices for various brands.
The role is fast paced and responsive, working across multiple different projects within the group.
**THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF. . .
- A good knowledge or history of work in digital ecosystem (Web, CRM, Social) is desirable.
- You'll ideally be from an agency background with around 4 years' experience.
- You need to have solid experience and understanding of content on digital and social media platforms as well as art-working and offline design collateral.
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
- Responsible for brand consistency across all outputs.
Experience in digital and offline is desired.
- Ability to work independently from creative concept to execution
- Work actively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the highest level of client service - from brief, creative, design and production
- To manage the preparation of all finished artwork files that will comply with the correct output specifications
- Ensure all design work adheres to the best practises of ecommerce, digital and social trends and requirements
- Quality control
- Creative and quality oversight for work produced locally.
- Ensure that all contents are coherent and consistent to the client brand guidelines on all platforms and thus with the creative team.
- Ensure that all content being produced are following client's tone of voice and guidelines.
**WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL
- Demonstrates excellent collaboration skills, a solution-based attitude, and the ability to work with people with diverse skills.
- To be self-motivated, working with little supervision, communicating clearly with a line manager about own development needs.
- A good multitasker
- Guardian of the client's brand guidelines, constantly challenging and developing them
- Knowledge of digital and print production and its requirements.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize under tight deadline and/or with interruptions, to produce accurate results within quick turnaround times
- Calm and collective
- Actively listens, requests clarification when needed
- Consistent willingness to go above and beyond for project deliverables, as well as one's own development
- Experienced in liaising directly with the client and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Experience with strategic brainstorming, creative brief development and creative execution.
- Experience meeting clients

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- An outstanding background in digital content and production
- A thorough understanding of the design language and needs inherent to designing for a domestic appliance brand
- Creative ability with strong adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Problem solving
- Excellent knowledge of social content and digital content (website, CRM, Production)
- Professional English level is mandatory
Not essential but definitely an advantage:
- Good in After Effects or basic animation and video editing
- Multi-market experience.
