Job Title**: Desktop Support Specialist

**Location**: Florence, Italy (on-site only, no remote)

**Languages**: Fluent Italian and intermediate English

- Respond to and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.

- Maintain compliance with IT processes, procedures, and SLAs.

- Document technical issues, escalate unresolved cases, and follow up to ensure functionality.

- Occasionally travel to other customer sites within Italy.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in Desktop Support.

- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, BitLocker, and ITIL processes.

- ServiceNow experience and VIP support background are a plus.
