- Coordinate with Level 2 RDS and Service Desk teams for ticket resolution
- Utilize Known Error Database (KEDB) to perform workplace tasks
- Participate in supporting activities (audit, security, risk, and compliance activities) for dedicated sites that can be managed within the operations without any additional efforts
- Schedule supported device installation, software, and hardware activity with end user at their convenience to minimize disruption
- Resolve incidents (Break fix services) at end-users' desks when resolution cannot be achieved by remote support.
- Resolve break-fix incidents, either by own intervention or requesting and coordinating technical service by OEM Supplier
- Manage any end-user service requests (e. g. , desktop, mobile) which require local interaction at the supported sites.
- Identify the repeated incidents that are coming to FSO support, can be resolved by remote support / service team and revert with KB articles as part of continuous service improvement and support shift left activities for remote support
- Co-ordinate with Supplier's partner or Electrolux's teams to resolve tickets at dispatch locations
- Inform Electrolux end user on expected resolution time for active incidents adhering to Electrolux's procedures.
- Collect / Receive hardware in case as part of user's resignation, aligning to Electrolux defined process
- Provide hands-on support for VIP users/devices with high priority
- Provide IMACD and Break-fix support for Laptops & Desktops + Connected peripherals (Monitors, Mouse, Keyboards, and Docking Stations): Including devices in R&D labs and shopfloor
- Installation, Administration & Maintenance of Windows Computers used in assembly line, R&D and shopfloor.
- Administration, and maintenance of IHMS Industrial data collectors, Android tablets used in the factory and in other Business areas, Raspberry & TV's (DOME Dashboards) and Totems.
- Administration of Label Printers and Zebra Printers on Shop floor.
