Operations Director / Customer Success Manager Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Band 1 Engineer to join our engineering team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various engineering projects, collaborating with senior engineers, and gaining hands-on experience to grow in the field.

Key Responsibilities: Technical Support: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.

Testing & Validation: Support testing processes and help validate the functionality and performance of engineering systems or products.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and manuals for engineering projects.

Troubleshooting: Help identify and troubleshoot engineering issues, providing initial solutions and escalating when necessary.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, quality, and operations to ensure project alignment and execution.

Learning & Development: Actively engage in learning opportunities to develop technical skills and industry knowledge.

Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e. g. , Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Computer Science, etc. )

or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience: Previous internship or entry-level experience in an engineering environment is a plus, but not required.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of engineering principles and software tools (CAD, MATLAB, etc. ).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Other: Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and a strong desire to develop technical expertise.
