- We have a fantastic opportunity at

- **Jet2holidays** to join our Overseas Team in the

- **Naples (based in Sorrento)

***as

- **Destination Manager**.

- Reporting to the

- **Regional Manager**, the

- **Destination Manager** will work as part of the

- **Jet2holidays** Overseas Management Team and have responsibility for the planning, performance and service delivery of

- **Jet2holidays** across the destination.

- As part of the Overseas Management Team, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of a large team and service delivery of

- **Jet2holidays** across the Naples (Sorrento).

Assisting our local agents in line with our agreed service levels, operations and ensuring that company policies, procedures and values are followed at all times.

- Part of your role will be to carry out regular visits to all resorts within the destination, to ensure KPI's are being achieved by working with key stakeholders and providing ongoing coaching and development of the overall team.

You will also ensure that branding guidelines are adhered to and that updates are distributed as and when required.

- To be successful in this role you will have

- ** proven customer service** and

- **operational management experience gained from working within a tour operator**, along with

- ** excellent team leadership** and

- **motivational** skills.

You'll also be confident in dealing with difficult situations and taking them to a positive conclusion.

- You will ideally already be living the destination, with the relevant right to work documents in place and speak the local language confidently, as well as being fluent in English.

- To be successful in this role you will

- **already be a driver** with your

- **own transport**.
