**Your role in our team**:

- You will be part of our Detail Engineering Department reporting to the Detail Engineer Manager

- You will review the design flow in the Detail Engineering Department to streamline the process by adapting existing tool and process or creating new ones

- You will analyze and re-design the Detail Engineering Process Mapping as is and create a Value Stream Mapping to gather information on processes and activities that can be improved

- You will review the structure of the Detail Engineering Sharepoint site, implementing new functions or adapting best practices already in place in our Group, exploiting the full potential of M365

- You will improve processes and functional tools for sharing information and data from technical documentation and jobs to allow technicians from various departments to always be up to date

- You will work on the development of a design status checklist to monitor work progress, considering new management tools in assembly and testing, to have immediate view on the status of process times and activities

- You will work in contact with technical offices, production, supply chain and other departments involved in carrying out the production orders, thus having the opportunity to develop knowledge and competences on the various manufacturing processes

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar

- Willingness to learn new technologies and development tools

- MS Office 365 proficiency

- Power BI knowledge is highly evaluated

- Critical thinking and problem solving skills

- Attention to detail

- Open to collaborate and work in team

- Fluent in Italian

- Good knowledge of English
