Development & Transformation Advocate Internship (m/f)Bayer S. p. A. is looking for a brilliant candidate as Development & Transformation Advocate to join the Pharma Development and Transformation team.

He/she will have the opportunity to collaborate on a cross transformation and development plan to build the Best Bayer within all Chapters, Functions and Nucleus across the organization. The essence of the role is to actively support and champion development and transformation within the PH organization.

At the core of the role's focus, these terms explicitly convey the individual's involvement in nurturing growth (development) and leading significant organizational change (transformation).

This dual focus ensures that the role is recognized for its contribution to both improving current operations and leading significant change. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Agile project management: support for project activity plan, set up recurring meetings in agile (Sync, Retro, Learning Cycles etc.
