PLI works in tandem with Mercedes-AMG engineers to co-design the V6 hybrid Formula One engine and develops fuels, lubricants and functional fluids that power the Silver Arrows.

**Posizione**:

Responsible for Automotive Lubricants analysis, blending, new test methodologies development, new equipment selection and staff training in line with PLI projects and business requirements and reporting to GR&T Development Lab Manager.

- Lead GR&T Development and Innovation projects (no direct business interface) from beginning to end, managing GR&T stakeholders and technical results, including reporting and interpretation;

- Coordinate Development Labs Resources (Analysts, Specialists) according with Projects requirements and needs;

- Ensure the respect of HSE safety rules in R&T laboratory;

- Act on behalf of Development Lab Manager, whenever required.

**Requisiti**:

**Qualification

- Master's Degree in Chemistry or equivalent title or experience in the Industry (8+ years)

**Competencies/Skills**:

- Tangible and measurable experience with experimental works on lubricants (blending, analysis etc), lab equipment and analytical test methods set-up;

- Multiple tasks management, communication, prioritization, attitude with problem solving,

- Ability to work under pressure, presentation skills, proactivity;

- Experience and attitude with staff training (i. e methodologies and lab equipment);

- Make decisions, proactive, autonomous, rigorous, ability to respect plan/deadlines;

- Good English knowledge is a must

- Good Knowledge of IT tools (i. e MS Office, SAP, Databases, LIMS etc.

);

- Communication skills
