Pininfarina, multinational group, famous for its design services in the automotive sector, is looking for the following profile for iCambiano (Turin) site:

**DEVELOPMENT LEADER AUTOMOTIVE

- Leads a cross functional team to deliver the whole vehicle specification targets.

- Defines and achieve the technical scope for each system, ensuring it meets all legal requirements and project specification targets.

- Co-ordinates & manage the cross-functional team activities in order to secure component and system level delivery.

- Defines and achieve module timing, cost and weight targets.

- Monitors and agrees on concept changes

- Manages the Escalation process.

- Presents project reports to the management

- Guarantees that all standards and specifications are fulfilled

**Requirements and skills**:

- Technical degree

- English: fluent

- 10-15 years in the role

- availability for travel
