**Posizione**:

We're looking for a Development Operational Specialist to join the Global Markets department.

You'll be reporting to the EVP Global Markets and you'll be responsible for managing the commercial and development process, implementation of Graduate Program and analysing the market in which the company operates, with particular attention to both volume trends and price positioning.

You will also be personally involved in drafting forecast scenarios, by using data from different sources, will be able to autonomously develop new analyses, accurately reprocess the information and draw conclusions that effectively presented will support management in making decisions.

**Tasks and Duties

- Directly supports the EVP Global Markets in managing and completing cross functional projects (including administrative tasks), by addressing criticalities, collaborating proactively to fill the gaps, facilitating communication and coordination,

- Supervises a team of twenty Energy Storage Analysts and correct deployment of their Graduate Program (present and future editions) by acting as a trade union with Techsales Managers, Business Development Managers and Project Managers on their training and career growth,

- Ensures proper staffing of the Energy Storage Analysts based on projects development and business necessities as well as balancing the team workload,

- Be an actor in the continuous improvement of processes and gather buy-in, to monitor and drive efficiently all projects/streams running.

- Supervises the CRM tool to guarantee real time view of projects and KPI.

Contributes and supervises business intelligence and market analysis, including managing market intelligence subscriptions,

- Assists with keeping updated bidding/offer tools, executive presentations, reference materials, and manage briefings and qualified follow-ups as required to promote NHOA and its offers

**Requisiti**:

- Around 5-years experience

- Master degree in Business Economics or Engineering

- Excellent writing and analytical skills

- Excellent excel skills

- Basic knowledge of data analysis and data visualizations tools

- Fluency in English is a must, additional languages would be a plus

**Soft Skills

- Prone to working in a team and independently, to problem solving, and capable of working in compliance with the assigned deadlines

- Excellent relational and interactive skills with diversified interlocutors

- Proactive, with a professional interest for our corporate reality and its processes
