YOUR ROLE You will take part in creating the future of the semiconductor industry in a brand new 300mm fully automatized fab.
You will enable the following activities: Drive all actions to improve the performance regarding quality and reliability of the technologies diffused in the 300mm fab located in Agrate, according to customer requirements, programs, and business roadmap.
Provide feedback and drive directions to increase manufacturing efficiency.
Support all projects related to yield enhancement and cost reduction programs, allowing the company to be competitive in the semiconductor market.
Share know-how and expertise of the group, promoting best practices among different organizations and sites, taking advantage of Lean principles based on simplification and standardization approaches.
These targets can be achieved through: Proper management of existing production volumes in ramp-up phase or steady-state phase.
Increasing product yield through the execution of process trials.
Increasing fab capability by tool qualification.
Guaranteeing the cycle time target.
Planning and following up of tasks, clearly identifying ownership, priorities, and timelines according to production and development needs.
Relentless activation of analytical investigations of root causes and yield detractors for all products upon the production technology platforms.
Your Skills & Experiences The candidate should have scientific technical skills.
Requested Degree: Physicist Chemical Material Science Engineering degree: material and nanotechnologies, chemical, physics, energetic.
Software Skills: Good approach to programming (scripting and/or other programming languages).
Good approach to data analysis.
Other Skills: Good attitude to teamwork.
Fluent in English.
