The EMEA visual merchandiser - Permanent visibility will support the team in the deployment of the new Permanent design strategy through shop-in-shop, counters, backwalls, MUP displays, with a particular focus on make-up.

**Responsibilities

- Development and execution of the permanent visibility: follow the design and implementation of brand-personalized spaces (counters, shop in shop, backwalls) in full compliance to the guidelines and to the estimated budget.

- Collaboration with the EMEA Merchandising Manager on developing the retail strategy in the region in order to ensure a consistent brand image.

- Realization of ad hoc planograms

- Adaptation of the new Permanent Design guidelines to each project and review of the design drawings, materials samples, prototypes

- Follow-up with the suppliers on the design, technical and construction drawings

- Build a consistent relationship with multiple suppliers and customers for the VM execution

- Close follow-up of projects progress to ensure a coherent in-store image providing an accurate and on-time project execution.

- Work in strict collaboration with the distributors and subsidiaries, helping them to provide the best visibility in-store.

- Periodically report the execution of the VM permanent strategy

**Your Profile

- Degree in graphic design, visual design, architecture or a related field

- Strong knowledge of design software, Adobe Package , 3D programs (SketchUp)

- Strong time-management skills

- Strong visual design skills and cosmetic industry sensibility

- Experience in display, styling in Visual Merchandising Beauty industry is preferable

- Fluency in English
