Votre mission
Develop, implement, track and optimize Digital and Communication action plans for Pierre Fabre Italia in order to promote the visibility of the brands (Eau Thermale Avène, Klorane, Ducray, A-Derma, Réne Furterer), through an omnichannel approach.
Collaborate with the MMs for the definition and declination of the media strategy (on and off) of the brands in order to increase sell-out.
Drive the Group to the success, through a clear vision on media investment and a concrete approach on the business.
Qui êtes-vous ?
- Develop, implement, track and optimize the digital, communication and digital PR action plans for our brands, respecting budget and deadline.
- Manage the brand websites and social pages to increase our online presence, the engagement and optimizing user experience.
- Responsible for online media planning in order to accelerate the brands notoriety and the sell-out, offline media planning in order to increase our visibility and notoriety.
- Monitor campaigns results in order to have a constant follow-up, competition analysis in order to map the most relevant trends and performance through report and analysis to optimize investment (ROI and KPI's).
- Great knowledge of the most important digital platforms (and the new ones).
- Collaborate with e-retail team for conversion activities on consumers.
- Contribute to stimulate innovative thinking, creativity and "out of the box" approach.
- Bring a concrete contribution to the business, through an analytical approach (measurements, ROI, sell-out impact).
- Guide the digital team through a new vision (but still in line with HQ), bringing a concrete contribution based on her/his previous (successful) experience.
- Synergize communication activities (in particular on the influencer side, rather than PR) with digital ones in the logic of concentrating and optimizing investments.
- Develop and maintain the relation with the relevant beauty editorials, most relevant influencers in line with the brand positioning and the brand objectives.
- Supervise press events, press trips, editorial tours (with agencies) and bloggers events or trips
- Create and manage (with the brand) special communication projects.
- Organize, manage and lead the team: define individual targets, organize resources to ensure optimum performance in terms of quality and deadlines, ensure skills development
- Motivate the department to support the growth of our brands with new ideas and innovation and transfer know-how
- Improve local visibility towards HQ demonstrating solid experience in media, especially in digital.
**Education**:
- 5/7 years of higher education (Business School, Marketing, Communication, Political sciences, Postgraduate qualification, MBA)
**Experience**:
- Digital native
- Extensive experience in media (on / off)> 8 YEARS
- Experience in managing teams
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical/cosmetics environment
- Fluent English
