Digital & Communication Specialist

The **Digital and Communication Specialist** will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote Straumann Group brands according to the defined media strategy and to communication and business objectives.
A particular focus is required to approach social media and digital environment, while ensuring a consistent communication approach with paid and earned media.
The specialist will play a highly proactive role within the Marketing & Sales functions of the business.
**Responsibilities
- Being the country expert on all areas associated with the digital and social media field for Straumann Italy
- Networking within HQ and representing Italian market to ensure alignment between local and global projects
- Collaborating with Product Managers and external agencies to develop marketing campaigns according to brand priorities and key initiatives (i. e.
product launches, events, brand awareness, lead generation)
- Managing and maintaining company key assets like website(s), intranet, Marketing Automation and newsletters
- Tracking website traffic and KPIs, providing regular internal reports
**Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing and digital field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar digital marketing role including, SEO, SEM, e-marketing, Google Adwords, social media and analytics
- Experience in healthcare, medical device industry or B2B company will be a preferential criterion
- Graphic knowledge (InDesign, Photoshop, Canva)
- Strategic thinker able to define and develop high level social and digital marketing campaigns combined with excellent project management skills
- Fluent English is required
- Champions their cause and ensures all stakeholders are fully engaged in the development and delivery of plans
