Position Overview We're seeking a tech-savvy problem solver to join our Digital & IT team.

Starting with customer support and operations, you'll gain hands-on experience while identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Core Responsibilities ? Take ownership of menu updates across our digital platforms (mobile app, kiosks, POS) ? Resolve customer support issues for our digital platforms and loyalty program ? Drive insights through analysis of customer behavior data and support patterns ? Help build and maintain performance dashboards for our digital platforms ? Support deployment and testing of new store technology solutions Growth Path As you demonstrate capability, you'll have opportunities to contribute to: ? Developing automated workflows using Power Automate/Zapier and other automation tools ? Building automated alert systems for platform issues ? Creating automated reporting dashboards ? Designing automated response systems for common support queries Required Qualifications ? Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis ? Excellence in written and verbal English communication ? Excellence in written Italian ? Tech-savvy with customer-first mindset Preferred Qualifications ? Experience with CRM systems or customer support tools ? Background in digital marketing or analytics ? Familiarity with no/ low-code tools or actual coding What You'll Learn ?
