Our Digital IT team is at the forefront of transforming the customer experience across mobile, in-store, and operational platforms. Position Overview We#39;re seeking a tech-savvy problem solver to join our Digital IT team.

Starting with customer support and operations, you'll gain hands-on experience while identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.

This role offers significant growth potential for candidates interested in digital transformation. Core Responsibilities ? Take ownership of menu updates across our digital platforms (mobile app, kiosks, POS) ? Resolve customer support issues for our digital platforms and loyalty program ? Drive insights through analysis of customer behavior data and support patterns ? Help build and maintain performance dashboards for our digital platforms ? Support deployment and testing of new store technology solutionsGrowth Path As you demonstrate capability, you'll have opportunities to contribute to: ? Developing automated workflows using Power Automate/Zapier and other automation tools ? Building automated alert systems for platform issues ? Creating automated reporting dashboards ? Designing automated response systems for common support queriesRequired Qualifications ? Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis ? Excellence in written and verbal English communication ? Excellence in written Italian ? Tech-savvy with customer-first mindsetPreferred Qualifications ? Experience with CRM systems or customer support tools ? Background in digital marketing or analytics ?
