Job Summary We are currently looking for a talented and experienced SEO Associate Manager to join our growing team of experts at our Milan office.

The SEO Associate Manager will be responsible for leading the client relationships, managing the development and execution of their SEO strategy.

We require candidates who are either native English speakers or possess full proficiency and fluency in English (C1, C2, or equivalent).

Proficiency in Italian is not required but would be an advantageous skill.

Key Responsibilities Develop excellent relationships with the clients, through developing an in-depth understanding of their businesses, challenges they face, and spotting future opportunitiesPerform SEO focused analysis on industry, competitors, keywords and search trends to inform and influence SEO strategy and optimisation proposalsAnalyse business requirements and match them with data to propose the best performing SEO project's solutionsOptimise texts, semantical tags and metadata to better match users' queries and increase website's rankingMonitor site health and directly fix technical issuesFollow pre-launch and launch of new websites from a SEO-compliancy point of view, supporting developers, and creating efficient migration and redirect plansDevelop outreach opportunities, perform backlink analysis and identify and apply a strategic approach to building strong profiles for clients in obtaining new high-quality linksDevelop and apply local SEO strategies, including managing GMB accounts, analysing the performance, and producing content. Deliver best practice SEO across Google's YouTube Channel and support with video content strategies with SEO performance focusPlan, attend and lead client meetings, QBRs and annual reviewsQualifications 6+ years of previous track record in SEOWorking knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms and up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEOSkilled at using various CMS for administrating meta changes, copy changes, links and image taggingA passion for Digital Marketing, innovative digital solutions, and uncovering trends in data with analysisHigh level of proficiency in MS OfficeAble to meet deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic industryBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS and other web programming platforms would be considered a plusCombined experience of working in an agency environment and as a freelance would be considered a plusA second or even a third language would be highly favorable (e. g.

Italian, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Dutch, Scandinavian languages, etc.
