**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the customer engagement transformation program that strives to build new capabilities for the engagement model of the future improving attitude, capabilities, processes, technology, and customer experience
- Handle different projects (digital, omnichannel, transformation) in a sophisticated environment both from a strategic perspective and the day-by-day activities
- Implement the evolution of the omnichannel engagement model, accelerate the omnichannel capability adoption, and activate habits change
- Analyze AS-IS (mkt plan, processes, IT tool) situation and perform a gap analysis to build a TO-BE solution together with cross-functional teams
- Participate as local point of contact in local and international projects (website projects for example)
- Adopt a data driven approach to collect insights and make data-driven decisions
- Handle project through best practices and framework like PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma or similar

**Minimum requirements
**What you'll bring to the role**:
- Deep experience in designing and managing omnichannel projects (website, new channels, mkt tool).
Deep experience in managing multiple projects at the same time in sophisticated and complex companies, coordinating internal and external partners (peer-to-peer, internal stakeholders, internal counterparty, digital and design agencies, developers).
Experience in international projects and cross-divisional teams is mandatory.
- Knowledge of data analysis, data visualization, and insight capturing.
Experience with Qlik, Google Analytics, PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, or with analogue tools will be considered as a plus.
- Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to take sophisticated, ambiguous topics and build compelling narratives for different audiences.
Requested C-Suite communication experience.
- Previous experience in design and coordination of digital/web-based projects (development, UX, CX, test, SEO, SEM).
Knowledge of web architecture and user experience design best practices
- Before applying, consider the following requirements: minimum five years of experience in the digital environment in structured companies, STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics) Master Degree, Agile attitude and adaptability to a dynamic environment, complete proficiency in Italian and English.
