**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Digital & Social Strategy Manager, as **Digital & Social Specialist** you'll be working with the Digital & Social Strategy team to design and create the right plan for our digital platforms, take advantage of streaming opportunities and develop strategies to improve our metrics.
You will lead the implementation, rollout and follow-up of projects within the AstraZeneca omnichannel strategy, collaborating with Brand teams, Omnichannel Strategists, IT, Insights, External Communication, Legal and Compliance for the development of new digital approaches towards patients and physicians.
The role broadly includes the following key components:
- Foresee and drive effective and innovative digital & social campaigns aligned with brands' strategic imperatives, using web and social channels;
- Outline web and digital marketing plans in an omnichannel perspective, both on the clinicians and on the patients side, starting from specific customers' needs and defining OKR for each digital initiative;
- Manage portals and social media channels, coordinating the cross functional team and external agencies;
- Collaborate in the strategic definition and implementation of digital patients activation projects, in collaboration with the cross functional team;
- Measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the digital channels used, starting from the definition of the OKRs and measuring the returns on investment based on KPIs and timelines.
Establish success metrics/goals and measure/analyse performance of digital projects;
- Identify new digital and social trends and new technologies that play a key role in the work and personal life of our customers;
- Integrate and analyse the various data collected during the campaigns, to improve from time to time;
- Manage all activities and account relationship according with Company Values, Code of Conduct, Guidelines/Internal procedures and Italian legislation;
- Closely cooperates with the cross functional team and drive digital projects using an agile approach.
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Educational background, preferably in the fields of Economics sciences, Digital Marketing or Communication
- At least +6 years digital marketing and customer engagement communications experience
- Demonstrable experience of delivering structured digital marketing strategies, SEO and technical website optimisation, online advertising analysis and evolution, social media management, analysis of results and KPIs
- Creative, innovative and positive thinker and communicator: able to find solutions in a complex context and able to prioritize the activities in relation to business needs
- Teamwork

- Fluent written and spoken English and Italian
**DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite (AEM Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics and Target)
- Familiar with agile methodology in order to manage new projects in sprint sessions
