Digital Account Manager
The Digital Service Manager role requires to work collaboratively across EMEA and Group IT to facilitate design, execution, and lead multiple teams through organisational digital change of varying size and complexity.
This role will utilise change management principles, processes, and tools to focus on driving financial and operational results for our clients, designing change strategy, assessing stakeholder impacts and organisational readiness.
Recommending and/or implementing appropriate communication, training, and behavioural change solutions, and measuring effectiveness to enhance the EMEA organisation.
**Responsibilities**:
1.
Lead & collaborate with project teams in support of different digital workstreams, and manage overall project activities, plans, and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones across EMEA
2.
Lead, guide and support multiple workstream leads through the design and implementation of targeted change strategies including identification of change impacts to people, process, policy, and structure
3.
Stakeholder identification and alignment, appropriate communication and feedback loops, success measures, training, organisational readiness, and long-term sustainability
4.
Lead & drive digital change management activities while providing the appropriate levels of support
5.
Develop project delivery strategy to deliver business cases
6.
Lead analysis studies in production, maintenance, reliability, sanitation and management systems.
7.
Analyse data, evaluate results, develop recommendations and road maps across digital workstreams
8.
Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross functional leaders and project team members
9.
Work with account teams, operational teams and Group IT in identifying other areas of opportunity expansion within EMEA tools
10.
Complete other tasks as required
