Digital Advertising Lead

As **Digital Advertising Lead** you will:
- Define advertising strategy of clients, both on paid search and display (programmatic) ADV;
- Implement defined ADV strategies from keyword/product research and campaign creation (on Amazon Advertising platform) to performance analysis to campaign and bid optimization;
- ADV Budget management and forecasting of key metrics like sales growth and ROAS;
- Actively manage pay-per-click/search and display (programmatic) campaigns, executing and optimizing their performance to help improve client's ROAS, clickthrough, conversion rate, search ranking, discoverability and visibility on Amazon shelf;
- Analyze and monitor performance vs objectives, providing recommendations and insights to exceed client expectations;
- Stay abreast of new Amazon Advertising feature releases and decide how best to integrate them in current client strategies to deliver further value.

- Bachelor's degree;
- Fluent in English and Italian;
- Approximately 3 years' experience3 in advertising, marketing or e-commerce;
- Direct experience in Digital Advertising, campaign monitoring, optimization and data analysis is a strong plus;
- Ability to prioritize and juggle many activities while maintaining strong attention to detail;
- Data driven approach and ability to analyze data to decide on the appropriate course of action;
- Proven use of Excel (Pivot Table and complex analysis), Power Point, Google apps;
- Previous Display Advertising and PPC experience is preferred;
- A team player with strong willingness to cooperate and bring value to the project;
- Team management experience is preferred.
