You will be an expert in your field, developing engaging campaigns to acquire a new and loyal customer base. You will work with our Retention Specialists and Digital Store teams to drive progress and target new names for the business. Your Impact Reporting to the Performance and Retention Marketing Manager you will be responsible for: Plan, execute and control campaigns in assigned performance marketing channels (such as Search & Shopping, Affiliate & Paid Social, Retargeting). Develop weekly and monthly goals with regards to New Names, Sales, Spend and Incremental Ebit driven by the assigned performance marketing channels. Setting up campaigns, track and improve results on an ongoing basis, based upon best practices across QI. Driven by insights of executed campaigns the role develops continuously new business opportunities in the assigned channels. Establish strong relationships with key business partners of the assigned performance marketing channel. Develop business plans based on current results and open opportunities, identify and execute test scenarios together with these partners. Scout new potential partners within assigned channel. Sharing best practices across QVC International developing a close relationship with your peers in the international markets as well as with the Performance Marketing Manager for QVC International. What You Bring At least 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing Practise. Proven success in driving profitable sales and customer development. Basic technical knowledge Performance Marketing Tools (Google and/or Adobe Analytics use, Implementation or testing of Pixels, Tealium or Tag Manager). Strong Experience in setting up campaigns in assigned performance marketing channel, Search & Shopping (Google and Bing Platforms), Affiliation and Retargeting or Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram/Tik Tok). Analytical skills as well as the ability to present complex issues in a customizable way. Proven ability to work on different levels up to executive level and to work in an international environment with teams in different markets. Strong experience in translating data insights into clear actions and having the capability to convince and engage other stakeholders. Soft Skills Precision and accuracy.
