- Role purpose:
- We are seeking for a strong, analytical and results-oriented Digital Advertising Specialist, who will be responsible for executing and managing Web Advertising Activities along with our Online Flagship Store Digital Marketing team.
He/She will be a strong partner with an aptitude with numbers and reporting tools and an exceptional attention to detail that comes together with a strong commercial acumen.
- Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
- Coordinating Web Adv activities alone or in team, delivering top notch ROI Driven and Branding Activities
- Monitoring/Improving campaigns performance and verifying that KPIs meets and exceed Online Flagship Stores partner's expectations
- Building strategies and ensure the quality of the execution providing highest level of rationale and reporting during recurrent meetings with partners
- Engage with internal groups as well as partners, as needed, to meet transformation goals of these key stakeholders to maximize customer retention and business development
- The type of person we are looking for:
Experience of working in a fast-moving environment with competing deadlines and priorities is essential.
- He/She is highly organised with exceptional attention to details and proven experience of working with digital media channels.
- Strong PPC / SEM skills with paid search gained on Google Ads.
- Very good knowledge of the main Search Engine Advertising channels and tools in all relevant markets.
- Excellent Italian and English communication and writing skills (proficient in English is a must)
- Ability to work in teams and to meet goals.
- Ability to create and present effective and accurate reports and presentations.
- High level in organizational skills and ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Passion for Advertising and Online Marketing and curiosity on new media evolution
- Nice to have:
- Good knowledge of all Performance marketing channels not Search-related (Remarketing, Social Adv etc).
- Good knowledge of top affiliate network and affiliation marketing KPIs.
- Good knowledge of Branding channels (Programmatic, RTB, Video Adv, etc).
