Join our great adventure and let's create together the most beautiful outdoor experiences in all seasons!
**The role**:
The Rossignol Direct-to-Consumer team are seeking a talented Digital Analyst to help inform decision-making processes, sales forecasting, target setting and performance monitoring across our eCommerce and Retail departments.
Reporting directly to the Vice-President DTC, you will cover a pivotal role in promoting a data-driven and results-oriented approach to strategic planning and tactical execution across DTC functions, supporting optimization of sales channels and business growth through data analysis and insights.
Working closely with eCommerce trading and web merch teams, retail teams, merchandising teams, performance marketing, digital product teams, and financial control, you will support the DTC department to continuously improve commercial planning and forecast accuracy.
You will generate and transform dashboards and data reports into actionable insights, advocating for a data-driven and customer-centric approach to action planning.

- **Performance Monitoring** - Assess key performance indicators for eCommerce and Retail operations, such as conversion rate, average order value, customer lifetime value, and customer acquisition cost, to monitor performance of commercial operations and digital marketing campaigns.
- **Sales forecasting and commercial calendars** - improve accuracy of eCommerce and Retail sales forecasting through commercial simulations and rolling forecasts.
- **Customer Journey Analysis** - Adopt a data-driven approach to assessing quality of the customer journey through monitoring of key KPI's across digital and physical touchpoints, in support of Digital Product and eCommerce teams.
- **Continuous Improvement** - Identify and promote industry best practices and emerging trends in digital analytics to ensure continuous improvement of data analysis and insights generation.
Support and advocacy for promoting a data-driven, insights-led, and results-oriented approach to Retail and eCommerce in Rossignol.
- A/B testing support - Support the Digital Product team with assessment of A/B testing campaigns through the analysis of multivariate test results
