Role

The Data & Digital Intelligence is looking for an engaged and passionate Jr Digital Analyst intern to join our team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop monthly/weekly reports and proactively monitor online (web/app) performance towards traffic and revenue targets (focus on markets/channels/products/omnichannel services);

- Perform deep dive analysis and develop ad-hoc reports on website performance, business trends or specific issues to generate insights and drive decisions;

- Monitor web analytics and E-commerce KPIs to track online performance at regional level;

- Support HQ and Regional stakeholdersthrough reporting and analysis to generate actionable insights and recommendations;

- Communicate results and insights to the Digital teams and wider business stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

We are looking for a self-motivated team member who has a passion for luxury and fashion.

- Passion for data and quantitative analysis;

- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Management Science or Economics;

- Fluent in English;

- Excellent communication skills;

- Ability to handle projects simultaneously, under strict deadline;

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint);

- Experience with MicroStrategy and Google Analytics 360 is a plus
