Digital Analytics Specialist
As a Digital Analytics Specialist you will support the Company on their data-driven strategy and the team in the creation of reports, dashboards, complex analysis and optimization roadmap.
- Bachelor's in Data Analytics, Digital, Business Administration, Marketing or min 5 years of related experience in an e-business-/digital environment.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong skills in Google Analytics and Google Ads a must.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other language is a plus.
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Implement media tags in TMS a plus.
- Knowledge of Emplifi is a plus.
- Implement tracking into marketing campaigns to ensure accurate tracking and reporting is a plus.
- Intellectual curiosity combined with a problem-solving mind-set and attention to detail.
- Innovative, team player, multi-tasking and organized.
- Measure channel performance with a strong focus on social campaigns paid and unpaid.
- Pull multiple sources of data to create actionable reporting and optimization roadmap.
- Liaise with media and social teams to ensure their campaigns drive optimal ecommerce performance.
- Identify data sources with related platforms, audit their set-up and propose optimizations.
- Liaise with the digital team and analytics manager to define all relevant events to track.
- Work with IT to maximize dashboards automation and deploy efficient monitoring solutions.
- Assist on the design of the architecture of KPIs to follow social activities vs other channels.
- Ensure digital data is democratized across the company animating workshops and creating guides.
- Take part of tasks forces to boost MSC Cruises content-/ecommerce performance.
- Work with IT to secure data quality and create JIRA tickets to report analytics issues and follow-up on this. VISA REQUIREMENTS (if any)
