At Diesel Headquarter located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for a **Digital Analytics Specialist **who will be placed within the **Global E-Commerce Department**.
He/She will be a key member of our Digital team, responsible for analyzing and interpreting digital data to uncover valuable insights and optimize our online marketing strategies.
His/Her primary focus will be on Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4 and various advertising platforms, ensuring data accuracy, reporting on key metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall performance.
**Main responsibilities
- Utilize Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4 to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various digital marketing channels and campaigns;
- Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable insights to improve marketing efforts and drive business growth;
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and regular reports to track key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and overall website performance;
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to support data-informed decision-making;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand advertising goals and objectives;
- Utilize your understanding of main advertising platforms to optimize campaigns, ensuring they align with overall marketing strategies;
- Lead communication with external digital and analytics agencies providing guidance, suggestions, support to achieve team objectives and efficient budget allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, e-commerce, and IT, to drive data-driven initiatives and ensure seamless integration of analytics practices.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field;
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in digital analytics, ideally within the fashion or retail industry;
- The knowledge of English language is mandatory;
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4, familiarity with main advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.

- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques;
- Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving personal and team goals, and proven ability to contribute to the growth and success of digital marketing efforts through data-driven strategies.
