**Job Title**:

Digital art director - Interactive & motion

- **Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience working in a digital environment

- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your attention to details

- Experience in working with brands

- Used to designing with style guides

- Basic leadership experiences are a plus

- **Soft Skills**:

- Good communication and presenter skills

- Ability to sell your designs and explain your decisions

- Consistency across designs while maintaining a creative approach

- Creative and energetic team player who has a passion for user-centered design

- **Hard Skills**:

- Motion design knowledge and experience in After Effects

- Good working knowledge of the modern web and know what's possible to achieve across browsers

- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and/or Figma

- Experience in animation / prototyping tools such as Principle, etc.

- Fluent English both verbally and written

- Knowledge of a 3D package such as Blender or Cinema4D is a plus
