BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB Managing global product selection, visual merchandising, and taxonomy for websites, aligning with merchandising strategies and stock availability, while overseeing catalog and editorial activities for both the brand's site and third-party platforms, ensuring consistent marketing, product selection, and performance optimization.

In This Role, You Will Merchandising & Operations Zegna.com: Responsible for the selection of products belonging to the marketing launches WW across the newsletter and homepage, always in accordance with the merchandising strategy and regional stock availability, for the visual merchandising and refreshing the product WW for all websites' editorial pages, shop by look, homepage modules/sliders, and luxury hub. Define the product taxonomy of the catalogue at the beginning of each season. Management of the CQR/Essential and CO catalogue, coordinating closely with Planning, Central Merchandising, and the main markets to define the seasonal carryover lists. Manage the cross-sell module in PDPs on a WW level, always considering the merchandising strategy and regional buying. Check seasonal ADV grids, ensuring all regions are covered in terms of assortment for key marketing moments. Participate in bi-weekly alignments with the main markets to ensure alignment across all merchandising, website, and newsletter-related activities (product selection, assets, etc. ) and attend the weekly Trade Meeting performance providing insight for both marketplace and.com. Attend the seasonal shooting (Elevated and Ecom) and coordinate the production materials delivery (i. e Placeholder). Third Parties: Responsible for the catalogue definition and creation for third parties including Farfetch, Ounass, etc. , in STORM, and sharing relevant imagery, copy, master data, and prices in coordination with IT and production teams. Responsible for the third-parties merchandising and editorial activities including seasonal product selections, providing key SKU belonging to commercial launches, and coordinating with the production team to send product samples for ad-hoc shooting moments. Seasonal CQR/Essential and CO management for the third parties, in alignment with zegna.com, ensuring all continuative SKU are brought into the new season. Participate in regular alignments with the third parties, always looking for solutions to improve performance both commercially and operationally. At least 2/3 years of experience in a similar role, within a Fashion & Luxury company, preferably with a focus on menswear. University Degree in Economics or related field. Fluent in English, other languages are considered a plus. Data-driven approach and analytical mindset, complemented by curiosity and meticulous attention to detail, strong communication and presentation skills. Strong personal interest in the luxury business. Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint.
