Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions.

Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office

**THE ROLE

We are looking for a Digital Business Development Intern to join our Digital Business Development team

He/she will support the analysis of business and performance of e-commerce with the aim of generating insights to support the entire WW Digital Business Team.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

- Liaise with other key teams (e-commerce team, digital marketing, digital operations and digital merchandising) to improve website performance

- Work and communicate cross functionally and with brand key stakeholders

- Support in developing projections and data analysis to drive e-commerce website projects strategy

- Gather business and operational requirements to generate the improvements roadmap with our team of development

- Working closely with system integrators to deliver the digital needs

- Creation and updating of technical documentation

- Analyze and monitor e-commerce KPIs, and proper functioning of the sites and App

- Ensure the correct functioning of the user experience of the sites, working on strategy to eliminate the possible friction points

WHO YOU ARE

- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields

- Previous experience in a similar role in luxury fashion companies will be considered a plus

- Analytical skills and problem solving capabilities

- Strong knowledge of Excel and PPT

- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.

- Predisposition to the use of digital tools

- Hands-on approach and willingness to work in team
