Digital Business Expert - Easy Financing At ING, we are looking for a Digital Business Expert – Easy Financing Your role and work environment: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital Business Expert to join the Easy Financing Tribe. The responsibility of this team is to increase our portfolio of personal loans, adding new clients and maintaining existing ones, by developing attractive, competitive, and easy products and services. You will help us develop new customer features, seamless customer processes, and new enablers to accelerate future developments. Additionally, you will work on improving the processes linked to our activity. Your key responsibilities: Have an end-to-end responsibility to provide customers with the most reliable and innovative way to manage their financing needs, focusing on delivering new products and services as needed while leveraging our brand and banking customer obsession. Be responsible for developing new banking processes or improving existing ones (core banking or digital) to optimize services provided to customers and meet our commitments. Act as the "Business Guardian" of your product/service, collaborating with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and policies. Work closely with customers and key stakeholders to achieve initiatives that align with the vision, strategy, and roadmap of ING Spain. Be passionate about enhancing the customer experience across various channels and possess broad knowledge of product and service strategy. Maintain a data mindset , observing developments and challenging or adapting as necessary. Work in Agile teams , focusing on delivering value to customers quickly while continuously improving processes. Contribute as an active member of a Chapter, supporting improvements in ways of working and honing your craftsmanship. Be a team player , actively involved in the maintenance, development, and realization of new services and functionalities, delivering necessary business know-how within the Squads to achieve the shared Tribe purpose. As a Digital Business Expert , you will report to a Business Lead. What are we looking for? Want to know if this job is made for you? These are some of the qualities we value most for this role: Master's or bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the banking sector. Strong experience as a Project Manager, including backlog management and roadmap refinement, with at least 5 years of experience. Knowledge of core banking systems and processes. Risk Management skills, identifying potential risks in an offshore setup and implementing mitigation measures for smoother project execution. Excellent ability to manage deadlines, efficiently managing time to keep development on track and deliver products within scheduled timelines. Product management skills related to unsecured lending products: personal loans and credit cards. Understanding processes from an IT perspective. Strong digital, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Customer-focused and results-oriented. Great organizational, oral, and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills, including effective storytelling and proficiency in PowerPoint. Passionate about innovation, new market trends, and future-oriented thinking. Able to work autonomously, take initiative, and adopt a can-do attitude. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies. Problem-solving and strategic mindset. Good team player, willing to collaborate with diverse individuals. Very good oral and written English skills. Able to work at an international level and align stakeholders.
