Our client, a global leader, is seeking a Digital Strategy Lead to drive enterprise-wide digital transformation.

This role will be responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business goals, ensuring seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA, PLM systems, and CAD tools to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align digital strategy with business objectives.

Develop and execute a roadmap for SAP S/4HANA, PLM, and CAD integration, optimizing business processes.

Drive the adoption of digital solutions, ensuring measurable impact and continuous improvement.

Manage a portfolio of digital initiatives, prioritizing projects that deliver the highest business value.

Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance digital capabilities.

Partner with global IT and business teams to implement and scale digital solutions effectively.

Lead and mentor an international team, fostering collaboration and innovation.

What You Bring: 10+ years of experience in digital transformation and enterprise technology strategy.

Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA (nice to have), PLM systems or CAD tools, with a strong understanding of their role in a manufacturing environment.

Experience leading large-scale technology programs, ensuring alignment between IT and business functions.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into tangible business value.

Effective leadership and stakeholder management experience, driving cross-functional collaboration.

Fluency in English.

This global role involves occasional travel (approximately 20%) based in Italy, Emilia-Romagna region.
