The group leverages its in-house Transformation Team specialised in Technology, IT, Marketing & Digital, Graphic Design, 3D visual and Research, with the aim of maximising the company's drive towards change.
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Digital Campaign/Media Specialist with experience in managing advertising campaigns and strategic budget planning.
The candidate, integrated into the Digital Marketing team at Dils, will be responsible for developing and implementing digital campaigns aimed at increasing awareness and generating leads for the company's commercial initiatives.
Main Responsibilities: Advertising Budget Management:Plan, allocate, and monitor the budget for residential initiatives to ensure optimal resource utilization. Ensure ROI and KPI targets are achieved through strategic and analytical fund management. Development and Management of Digital Campaigns:Design, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic, etc. )
with specific goals for brand awareness and lead generation. Create effective multichannel strategies, integrating social media, search engines, and other digital platforms. Performance Analysis:Monitor and analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare detailed reports on campaign results, providing actionable insights for future optimizations. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with the digital team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with company goals. Manage relationships with external suppliers and digital partners to maximize the effectiveness of initiatives. Research and Innovation:Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and technological developments in the sector. Propose innovative solutions to enhance the quality and performance of campaigns. Requirements: Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a related field. Previous experience (at least 2-3 years) in managing digital campaigns. Thorough knowledge of major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
). Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken). Excellent data analysis skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or equivalents. Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO/SEM) techniques. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
