Digital acquisition is a key driver of growth and focus for American Express.
The role sits within the ICS Interactive Team, which is responsible for leading digital channels to acquire new Card Members.
In this role, the resource will be responsible for handling key projects on digital transformation and deliverables for our online prospect journey.
This will require close and effective partnership with international partners (both internal and external).
Key objectives will be coordinating several projects to deliver capabilities driving continuous digital onboarding optimizations.
The ideal candidate has a good expertise in digital acquisition flows with strong focus on Project Management, being able to work closely with international tech teams and critical business partners supporting digital acquisition team.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Play a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end Digital Acquisition target, by leading directly key strategic projects focused on the digital acquisition funnel.
Build and improve an effective digital onboarding journey, including the monitoring and optimization of e-application form.
Be responsible for the tech capabilities' delivery, by coordinating releases and uplifts, as well as handling the requirements collection and approval process fulfilment with internal partners.
Collaborate with external vendors and other internal teams on new projects, aimed at uplifting the existing digital acquisition platform.
Build close collaborations teams (e. g.
Back-office, Compliance, Risk teams) to both monitor and optimize current acquisition processes as well as developing new projects also based on internal and external best practices.
Define and supervise the main acquisition funnel critical metrics to analyze results and make recommendations on next activities and opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience in digital projects management and usage of digital channels/platforms to drive direct digital conversions.
Proficient in Italian and in English.
Strong project management and organizational skills including attention to details, handling multiple tasks, managing timelines, driving flawless execution.
Have a "can do" attitude towards problem solving and demonstrated ability to work well with new challenges and opportunities.
Proficient in using Excel and Power Point.
Proven analytics skills and approach.
Organization and ability to meet delivery requirements.
Proactivity and ability to find creative and unconventional solutions.
Bachelor or master's degree required (Economics/Engineering degree is a plus).
Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, HTML experience is a plus.
