Digital Catalogue Manager
THE ROLEReporting to the Head of Digital Operations, you will have the main responsibility to coordinate Online Catalogue activities across different platforms for several brands.
Partnering with Brand and E-concession teams to deliver dynamic site plans that are connected to the marketing calendar and ecommerce sales plan, to ensure the achievement of brand and business goalsWHAT YOU'LL DOManage assortments ensuring best quality of contents for the online catalogue (i. e attributes, copies, images)Lead site publication with the goal to drive efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness. Manage on platforms all promos, seasonal product launches, recommendations, product setup, to guarantee ecommerce business and conversions. Manage creation and release of product collection aligning its go live to GTM calendarOversee maintenance of products catalog and products assortmentMonitor websites to ensure that product is active on the sites and appropriately merchandised, making sure all products and contents are correctly displayed. Monitor product performance to ensure category pages are being used efficiently and product ranking is optimized as well as manage and control Stock Out and Availabilities, consistently liaising with the Digital Buyers and MerchandisersReport out KPI results relatedto assortment and product updatesDefine business requirements for new features/project implementationsLiaise with external platform providers to ensure continuity of business as usualSupport digital projects developments as well as collaborating with the Marketing, PR and Merchandising teams to respect deadlines and prioritiesWHO YOU ARE5+ years of experience in a similar roleKnowledge of eCommerce platform and catalog managementExperience with digital commerce components such as users, catalog, pricing, inventoryKnowledge of digital commerce integrations such as CMS, PIM, OMS, and ERP. knowledge of online shopping, omnichannel and marketplacesExperience working with cross-functionally and able to drive collaboration (e. g. , sales, marketing, supply) with a wide range of employees with different skill sets. Quick to learn new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical/operational/analysis capabilitiesExcellent knowledge of written and oral EnglishDemonstrated strong analytical skills with the ability to build KPIs and reports to monitor them to align the Management.
