In this key role you are responsible for the configuration, training, rollouts and demonstrations of our Software Solutions for Radiology!
You will be part of the EMEA team covering together with another colleague the IMI region!
This role can be based anywhere in Italy with a certain proximity to motorways and airports for your full flexibility and fully equipped with your homeoffice, laptop, smartphone and company you are close to our customers with 50-70% travelling across the IMI region.
**Your key responsabilities**:
In this role, you will implement GE Healthcare Digital solutions as part of the Delivery team.
You will be a key member of the Delivery team whose role is to analyse the customer's clinical workflows, provide solution configuration, customer training preparation, training delivery and documentation.
The role also includes supporting the customer during the Go-live of a solution as well as providing ongoing support for customers along with the GE Healthcare Digital Services team.
You will support the sale of GE Healthcare Digital solutions to customers by assisting the Sales teams with pre-sale demonstrations and presentations.
You will work on site or remotely depending on the business requirements.
**Your profile**:
- You bring a degree as a certified Radiographer/ Radiology technologist and/or a Bachelor's degree in Medical documentation, Medical informatics, Medical technology or similar education, as well as a Biomedical Engineer Degree.
- You have a proven experience in working with medical IT systems and have a sound understanding in the usage and system administration of medical information technology
- You could gain experience working as Application Specialist or customer consultant.
- You have a high affinity for IT products
- You like traveling as you like to be in a customer-oriented position.
- You are flexible, strong in communication and presentation
- You are fluent in Italian in spoken and written (mother tongue level) and have a good level in English
- Working independently in mission based teams, with a string problem-solving and decision-making competence is a matter of course for you
- We will pay more attention to people located or available for relocation in Milano or Roma area.
