**About the Company**: for an international retail Company, our Recruitment Engineer are looking for a **Digital Commerce Lead**.

**Core Responsibilities**:

**Requisiti**:

**Must Have**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital / Information technology leading and supporting teams in the digital commerce, retail and marketing technology / ad tech experience

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Marketing or a related field

- Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting and content management systems and processes

- Excellent English and Italian communication skills, both verbal and written, and experience leading discussions and presenting to leadership

**Nice to have**:

- Self-motivated, with a high sense of accountability, urgency, and drive, able to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented matrixed environment

- Strong ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Experience with Magento and/or Akeneo PIM software (or similar)
