We are looking for you to lead our digital communication strategy to drive awareness, engagement, traffic and revenue through a data-led strategy and activation.
We are looking for you to take our digital touch points from a "monologue" comms channel to a "dialogue".
- Job responsibilities- To create of a global, full, and data-driven digital media strategy that encompass every brand relevant digital touch point (direct social media, indirect social media, digital media), in the most appropriate and effective form to maximize the brand digital footprint: awareness and engagement
- To design a content strategy that support the above and work closely with the Content Factory for a timely execution
- To develop content creation programs in exclusive partnership with carefully selected digital media and social influencers
- Integrate and adapt the Digital Communication plan to the company merchandising calendar
- To track on a regular basis the results of the Digital Communication strategy from top level digital foot print kpi (eg.
brand online searches, organic traffic, direct traffic, store traffic, social media full audience and engagement levels) to specific initiatives impact (eg.
views, click trough, visit to product page, etc)
- To be the best practice leader of the company when it comes to digital communication excellence in fashion, regularly meet all the main key global players and monitor the main competitors.
About 7 years' experience in the digital communication field in the fashion industry.
Have set up and managed end-to-end social media campaigns - strategy, content, delivery, reporting of results against target and budget at global level including Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian digital media channels.
Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Facebook Certified Planning Professional, Facebook Certified Buying Professional, Google, Ads Marketing Certification, Digital Marketing Institute Certificate or Diploma, Microsoft Advertising Certification, Online Marketing, Certified Professional (OMCP) Certification, Hootsuite Academy Marketing Certification, HubSpot Content Marketing Certification, SEMRush Toolkit Course Certification, YouTube certified
