For a banking company, we are currently looking for a:

DIGITAL COMMUNICATION SPECIALISTPurpose of the role: The role holder will be responsible primarily for planning and organising digital contents and social media channels for the bank.

Key Responsibilities: Create a content strategy for social media and digital channels to support the company's brand and values;Develop and deliver intelligent, well-researched, audience-focused social media content (e. g. text, images, video, infographics, and headlines), ensuring all content is accurate, up to date, and effectively leveraged on all platforms;Create, adapt, and tailor messaging and content to engage a variety of audiences;Develop a robust measurement framework to assess effectiveness and impact against investment e. g. campaigns and channel performance. Requirements: Degree or equivalent relevant experience in digital, communications, journalism, public relations, or related field;Min. 5 years' experience in Digital Communication roles;A solid communications and digital skill set with proven experience within agencies and corporates;Proficiency in writing and developing across all major digital channels, with a strong eye for impactful design;Significant experience working with content management and scheduling systems, social listening tools, and Google Analytics, and experience evolving the social media mix as new technology and trends emerge e. g. algorithm changes;Experience identifying risks and navigating/monitoring sensitive issues playing out on social;Strong storytelling skills with proven ability to produce clear, engaging narratives; Excellent interpersonal, strategic planning, influencing, negotiation, and project management skills; Strong presentation skills; Credibility with senior executives and media. Language skills: Strong oral and written communications;Italian as mother tongue and English proficiency, oral and written, Level C1 – C2 or Native;The knowledge of one of the Group languages will be considered a plus.
