**Your Challenge

Through innovative use of Digital channels, this role's mission is to position our company in Italy for our Market focus areas of Electrification, Automation and Digitalization.

The strategy should be well tuned to local market opportunities and always be closely aligned with the Divisions and the Siemens' global Communications Strategy.

**Responsibilities

You will:

- Provide team, business partner support and all collaborators' support as trusted advisor in Digital Communications opportunities and channels;

- Contribute to the development of the digital communications strategy;

- Coordinate /manage conversations and issues on Social Media;

- Implement digital communications campaign;

- Manage agencies in the creation of content assets and setup digital campaigns;

- Supervise online & Social media communications and Key Performance Indicators;

- Handle website and Intranet projects and activities in close collaboration with IT referents;

- Define meaningful metrics for our digital channels and develop a detailed approach to measurement and reporting and provide reports on the digital aspects of key communications campaigns;

- Work with the wider team sharing the up-to-date digital tools for events and collaborate with them on event support for key events as well as on the identification and management of suppliers to deliver digital event support, e. g.

invitations, booking forms, event apps;

- Take an active part in upskilling Communications colleagues and key collaborators in using the latest digital tools and channels;

- Drive innovations in the way we use our tools to support communicating like a Digital / Tech company;

- Be experienced in, and work at all times to, Siemens web, brand and social media guidelines.

**What you should bring with you**:

- Proven experience (3 - 5 years) in digital communication / marketing / digital agency

- Degree in Communication sciences, marketing, engineering economics, computer science with communications;

- Knowledge of the Content Management systems, E-mail marketing tools, Asset Management, SEO, SEM, Web-Analyse and Web-Tracking, including Social platforms, Mobile and Apps, New Media, Social Networks;

- Professional experience in a Tech B2B company is a strong plus;

- Basic knowledge of Graphic design;

- Fluent English, spoken and written;

- High sensitivity for written communication in online and social media, understanding of viral phenomenons in online communications;

- Assertiveness, self-initiative, dedication and customer orientation;

- Attention to detail in management, analytical skills and team-player orientation
