Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Digital Communication Specialist - Temporary For our Marketing Department in Rome, we are seeking for a highly skilled Communication Specialist with meticulous attention to detail, working well under pressure, and meeting deadlines that will be responsible of all the communication activities for the Italian market including the continuous update of the Italian website, the management of social pages through the definition and implementation of the editorial calendar for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube; digital lead generation campaigns: paid social, paid display and paid search contents creation in collaboration with the external agencies; weekly newsletters to customers and monthly to Sales Representatives; public relations and press office; media planning and media buying on sector magazines; production of monthly reports.
Temporary contract for maternity replacement.
Responsibilities: Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company's policies, principles, and strategies.
Update and optimization of the Italian website with the support of the Corporate Digital Marketing team.
Definition and implementation of the editorial calendar for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, adhering to the company's style guide, ensuring the production/translation of high-quality and error-free copy.
Online reputation monitoring and crisis prevention.
Lead generation campaigns through paid social, paid display and paid search contents in collaboration with the Corporate Digital Marketing Team.
Weekly newsletters for customers and monthly to Direct and Indirect Sales Representatives.

(Direct Email Marketing) sent to the databases of the dental sector editors.
Planning and purchase of advertising pages published on sector magazines / newspapers.
Creation of product catalogue, brochures, advertising pages in collaboration with the external agency.
Management of communication related to the DS Privilege Club Loyalty Program in collaboration with the external agency.
Update of promotional materials on the Company Sales Media App, the App dedicated to the sales force.
Press review and drafting / translation of press releases for the publication of editorial articles on new products and events.
Production of monthly reports on specific KPIs.
Requirements Bachelor degree in Marketing, or Communications, or equivalent work experience (essential).
A minimum of 2 years' experience in multinational companies or in communications agencies (essential).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English written and spoken.
Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Knowledge of Percolate, Sprinklr, Eloqua, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics AX will be considered a plus.
